Description
Summary of the bug:
Decoding mpc8 files with ffmpeg introduces an audible blip at the end of some files that is not present when decoded with the mpcdec decoder.
How to reproduce:
ffmpeg -i <some-sv8-file>.mpc -format wav <some-sv8-file>.wav
Open the resulting file in a media player or look at the end of the track in an audio editing application to see the visible blip.
Using the samples from https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/6046 (qx.mpc) of a waveform the blip is clearly visible and somewhat audible after converting the samples to .wav files.
ffmpeg version 3.3.4 Copyright (c) 2000-2017 the FFmpeg developers

For future tickets: Please remember to always test current FFmpeg git head and always provide the ffmpeg
command line you tested together with the complete, uncut console output for valid tickets.
I suggest we revisit this ticket once #6046 is fixed.
