libsvtav1 doesnt work anymore

Using the libsvtav1 encoder gives an error, failing the conversion

How to reproduce:

I have used this encoder a lot before with various parameters, but none of those work anymore. Hint: there seems to be a new build included (SVT-AV1 Encoder Lib v0.9.0-dirty).

We only support master. Not even 5.0.
