Summary of the bug:
Trimmed right monitor when set scaling for it in system settings 125% and more, and another monitor (left) not scaled (100%).
If swap them in system settings, the error not occurs

How to reproduce:
ffmpeg -f gdigrab -i desktop -pix_fmt yuv420p -c:v libx264 out.mp4

Clarification, this error occurs if there are multiple high-resolution monitors with enabled scaling
