camtasia tscc video codec playback regression with ffplay
(gfx bugs at the beginning)

most likely libavfilter-caused regression

Unreproducible here.

Please give a more detailed description of the problem, in particular if it is randomic or systematic.

I can reproduce this only under win32 (not amigaos)

if you have access to win32 machine, you may try these builds on it:

the first build works correctly. next build and all after it displays flickering video (ffplay), so I belive the bug is still there, but because of some reasone it is reproductible only under win32

with the latest win32 build the problem is not reproductible anymore, so this ticket can be closed
