Segmentation fault: 11 happens with -hwaccel auto. with -hwaccel videotoolbox, it doesn't.

this error doesn't happen with -threads 1 -hwaccel auto.
the error happen since commit 63d875772d265a885808532889f094f80afaac7a.
before the commit, Conversion failed! happened.
