Description
Summary of the bug:
Meet error "call to function _checkbw failed" when publishing stream to CRtmpServer.
How to reproduce:
% ffmpeg -re -i test.mp4 -f flv rtmp://127.0.0.1/flvplayback/test2 I use git to clone the ffmpeg and build it on CentOS 6.3.
