Description (last modified by )
Of course, the concept is real simple, null-out the area covered by the logo (exclusively, voids in logo to still contribute to end product) then replace content with panned content. Cycling animated logos can be anticipated even if random repeated actions.
However. One problem. another process needs to be done first to make this work best, that is watermark removal, maybe as a separate filter, since the edges of logos can contain both logo and video, so the pixels with steady hues/shading need adjustment first (the same process should also work on the shade-bar across centre of these social media videos). Some watermarks are logos and cycle too. However watermarks reduce the steps of intensity, if 50:50 (footage:watermark), the steps are halved.

I am still here and want it adressed despite your insults. You can examine the ticket's modifications for proof of my humanity. I will reopen this just this once, close it if you have no interest or are lacking motivation.
The concept of this filter is good, it just needs this improvment (for within the image rather than external) which is achievable as it has demonstrated already.

If user is impatient or they close it forever, you may be able to accomplish it very imperfectly by: clipping the footage off beside it, and letting the filter extrapolate into the region, then putting that piece overlaid over the logo. It will go black when it pans the other way, unless you swap between sources throughout the footage.

Both libs are separate project and FFmpeg is just wrapper around them.
So FFmpeg can not force other projects what to do or track their bugs on FFmpeg tracker.
Images are merged by scaling colours of each together, but if they ever realise colours can tint too, such as looking through glass art, the picture file standards will change. They never use tinting, but when that ever happens, the balance of colours of the two constituent images will not be equal which means some colours will need to be overlaid through panning. Obviously lensing is another feature they could add, which may contain info of the eclipsed scene, but I will not ask on that.
