When incoming udp stream is stopped, ffmpeg does not return on pressing q

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start udp stream transmitter.
  2. Start ffmpeg to receive udp stream
  3. Wait until, it start receiving udp packets.
  4. Stop stream transmitter.
  5. Try to stop ffmpeg by pressing q. ffmpeg does not return.

It is reproducible on current git head.

This issue is also related to the following defect: "https://ffmpeg.org/trac/ffmpeg/ticket/1026". However, I believe, some code still need to be implemented in ffmpeg to fix this issue.

Status: newclosed

This looks like a duplicate of #1026 to, which has been fixed.
If this is still reproducible with latest git please reopen.
