Google already fully wrote the code for their Google Videos and Youtube HDR10+ (works on Galaxy S10), and they want to submit code to us. As a whole implemenation could be too big, lets ask the author to give us repo link instead of patches (just like in linux kernel).

Nice test video that has the same colors in cycle yet HDR10+ metadata is changing and so must change the colors. Crazy. (or here

Same for Dolby Vision profile 8 RPU.
