Cineform RGBA 12b, doesn't have right alpha decoding
How to reproduce:
./ffmpeg -i /Users/martinvignali/Documents/ELEMENTS_DEV/CINEFORM/cineform_rgba_12b.mov -loglevel debug cineform_rgba_12b.png
