ffmpeg version: 3.1.1 built on ubuntu
Patches should be submitted to the ffmpeg-devel mailing list and not this bug tracker.

audio sample's offset calculated error

Which player plays audio for this sample? How was the sample created (where can I find this custom FFmpeg binary)?
Is the issue not reproducible with ffmpeg?
Please provide command line including complete, uncut console output to make this a valid ticket.

dash.mp4 is from Android CTS test. It can be played very well by vlc.
Just play the file, there's no sound. Seam like the audio sample offset is calculted wrong.

Audio decoder based on ffmpeg\libavcodec.
