     4942021-06-11: Installing with this guide works on Lubuntu 16.04.7 but requires compiling `cmake`, `meson` and other minor things. You might need to update `$PATH` in `/etc/environment` and `source .profile` to load current settings. Especially, it worked for usage with `-c:a libfdk_aac` to convert 5.1 to stereo.
