Description
Building ffmpeg 5.1.1 results in a PREFIX/lib/pkgconfig/libavutil.pc file that contains -lX11.
macOS users are very unlikely to use X11 and as far as I know, ffmpeg for macOS does not use it either.
This results in builds that use pkgconf/pkg-config trying to link libX11 and failing.
