I wanted to make a donation, but I didn't find my country (Russia) in the list when paying with visa/mastercard

What? Visa/mastercard disconnected the card network for all BINs that belong to Russia, all such cards moved to using MIR for money network. You have to open bank account in the foreign bank to donate. Very simple to do.

You could ask SPI about this, also check https://www.spi-inc.org/donations/
maybe there is some other option that works. It should be possible to donate to FFmpeg through any method that SPI supports
