Description
For example, Firefox warns that https://trac.ffmpeg.org/chrome/common/js/messages/ru.js does not exist.
Also, the bug where Javascript does not stop douple presses leads to this: https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/9447#comment:25 and this: https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/9390#comment:4
How to fix: $ trac-admin /path/to/env deploy /deploy/path

Static resourses just updated, cannot believe it!!! Everything finally new style and no js errors and language issues! Press Ctrl-R if needed.
https://trac.ffmpeg.org/chrome/common/js/messages/ru.js exists now! Cool.
