Description
Unfortunately, not sure how to reproduce with a standalone ffmpeg code, but within our iOS app, we use ffmpeg decoder (currently on n4.2.4). Hardware decoding worked fine; then the M1 iPad we test with was upgraded from iOS 14 to iOS 15, and now the decoder consistently fails with "[h264 @ 0x10c014000] hardware accelerator failed to decode picture" on the same source material.
