Summary of the bug: Http 404 error after some time, but the video url works fine.
How to reproduce:

% ffmpeg -headers "Referer: www.earthcam.com" -i https://videos-3.earthcam.com/fecnetwork/10874.flv/playlist.m3u8 VIDEO.mp4
ffmpeg version N-99830-g112fe0ff19
built on 20200320

Patches should be submitted to the ffmpeg-devel mailing list and not this bug tracker.

Hi Andrei,

I have tested this on:

  • the latest version: N-104298-gd115eec979
  • my stock system version: 4.3.2-0+deb11u1ubuntu1
  • your version: N-99830-g112fe0ff19

All of them working for me.

Also you should really do -c copy here.
