    11Summary of the bug:
    22In ffmpeg 4.4, A green horizontal bar appears at the bottom of the output when scaling the video using scale_qsv. This issue wasn't happening in 4.1. I recently switched from 4.1 from 4.4 version. I even tried with latest ffmpeg at 79934cc702fe1c90bfb58bb83ab20490b9d86e37
