     1First things first:  This is a nice ticketing system.  Nice job to all the people who got it implemented here.

    13My goal always is to find my own solutions.  My biggest problem with ffmpeg, besides not being able to use it find all video no matter where it is with Dr. Fauci image or voice, then convert it all to Bugs Bunny, is I have not found the documentation needed to get a real handle on what it is doing.  I must not be looking hard enough.
