ffmpeg -y -i a.mov -vcodec libwebp -lossless 0 -loop 0 a.mov.webp

ffmpeg version 4.2.1-tessus

After conversion from mov to webp, webp is different from mov, it has many repeated frames compared with attachment:original.png​, you can see it in attachment:repeat.png​
