Description

Summary of the bug: ffmpeg becomes incredibly slow to run segmentation.. Did some options change or some underlying code error?
How to reproduce:

%ffmpeg -i ./vids/1.MOV -vcodec libx264 -acodec libmp3lame -pix_fmt yuv420p -strict -2 -ss 210 -t 7 segments/1-33.MOV
ffmpeg version 4.3.2
built on Mac OSX
