How to reproduce:

% ffplay -i rtsp://username:password@192.168.x.x (rtsp streaming servers)
ffmpeg version 4 and higher 
built on ... Windowsill and Linux

Patches should be submitted to the ffmpeg-devel mailing list and not this bug tracker.
