How to reproduce:

Ctrl+s in kodi v19 // LibreELEC (Milhouse): devel-20200718000045-#717-g776b589 (Generic.x86_64)

ffmpeg version 4.3 Copyright (c) 2000-2020 the FFmpeg developers
  built with gcc 10.2.0 (GCC)

Patches should be submitted to the ffmpeg-devel mailing list and not this bug tracker.
