Description
The timestamp report accuracy for AVI and MP4 container is 6 digits after the decimal point, while for MKV it's only 3...
Is there any reason for this (seemingly) weird behavior?

MKV just always used that timecode scale... Since it was created. Also DTS are not present in mkv.
