Description
Summary of the bug:
Quicktime files with the uncompressed avid SD(!) codec "1:1 10bit" contains a 8bit block of the whole frame. The missing 2 bits are written in a second block. ffmpeg should also decode these bits and return the full 10bit data.
Two sample file (PAL and NTSC) are attached. It's a short clip with:
one frame black, white, red, green, blue, and a ebu 75% colorbar test pattern.

Wow, what a cool issue: 100/0/75/0 bars for BT.601 matrix! Nuts! Just what I needed.
