Description

Summary of the bug:
If FFmpeg is configured with 'disable-decoders' command line option, various cuvid decoders still show up in the list of enabled decoders.
Like all other decoders, these should also be disabled.

How to reproduce:

./configure --enable-shared --disable-encoders --disable-decoders --disable-optimizations --enable-debug --disable-stripping --enable-logging
