Description

There's neat color maps and it's great to have a plethora of options like size and window size, etc.
But, what about setting the background color?

Like instead of black, a harsh pink or green.
Selecting a color might mix in with the color map, given.
Black, white and grey would be nice options to pick from.

Or even alpha transparency.
Color spectrum on a transparent background (especially with no legend drawn) could add a whole new creative level of editing.

The waveform supports various colors and transparency.

Do you mean legend background (always black) of spectrum output color (can be changed with different colormap)?

comment:3 by Shane, 5 years ago

Yes. It'd be different if we can use transparent as color.
This would give us opportune ideas to use it more than a spectrogram.
