Description

Summary of the bug:

Prior to rev dc0b9b218c1970d79908523657fff65a16613ca2, stream from these cameras caused a warning to be logged, but ffmpeg was still able to process it.
Now it is a hard failure.

How to reproduce:

% ffmpeg -i lorex.mp4 lorex.gif
ffmpeg version 3.3 and later
