Probably the same issue I reported in the mailing list:

So probably a regression since 04aa09c4bcf2d5a634a35da3a3ae3fc1abe30ef8.

Patches are in the works to properly fix this.

Reopen with the sample attached if you can reproduce this with latest git master.
