Description
In the Ubuntu compilation guide https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/CompilationGuide/Ubuntu, for libraries libx265 and libvpx there are dev packages for them for Ubuntu now which could be installed with:
sudo apt-get install libx265-dev
sudo apt-get install libvpx-dev
respectively
Just adding them to proper sections of this page in the documentation would be helpful.
