    22But now I found a new problem: all the TS segments are 4 sec long or shorter, but the #EXT-X-TARGETDURATION tag is 5. It should be 4, isn't it?

     4I think this bug is present since this patch, because i checked archives from yesterday and all playlists have #EXT-X-TARGETDURATION:4
