Summary of the enhancement request:
NVIDIA released version 7.1 of their NVENC SDK a few weeks ago.
The new version includes, among others, improvements to encoding quality.
I would like to ask that NVENC support within FFMPEG gets updated to SDK version 7.1 .

The quality improvements are only on the drivers side, no change in ffmpeg is required to benefit from them - just use Temporal Adaptive Quantization and benefit from them today.
