Regression in concat filter: Channel layout change is not supported

Reported by: fiuqwb Owned by:

Description

In the latest Windows build, I noticed a regression. I am attaching the command and output from the latest build here, plus the command and output from an older build, for comparison.

The intent of the command is to concatenate an audio stream with silence, to achieve a desired output duration.

The input file I used for testing is available here: https://mega.nz/#!A1A2HaBT!Q0Ey40Iz1wYCe750CqIOX0QamkZ5HREO-Rh3kuaELNQ
