Description

Summary of the bug:

DSF decoder converts the file header and id3v2 tag, resulting audible errors in start and end of the file.
How to reproduce:

% ffmpeg -i test.dsf test.wav
ffmpeg 3.0.2
built on 28 apr 2016

Patches should be submitted to the ffmpeg-devel mailing list and not this bug tracker.

To make this a valid ticket, please test current FFmpeg git head, provide your command line together with the complete, uncut console output and an input sample.
