Summary of the bug: libvpx has removed reference/entropy controls and now libavcodec/libvpxenc.c won't build.
libavcodec/libvpxenc.c:105:6: error: 'VP8E_UPD_ENTROPY' undeclared here (not in a function)
How to reproduce:
Try to build latest ffmpeg against latest libvpx
