    1 I have uploaded a PCAP that can be used to reproduce the issue to ftp://ffmpeg-issue-4258.pcap/incoming/ffmpeg-issue-4258.pcap . If you stream the PCAP in a loop, the decoder will eventually hang. It may hang right away, it may take 15-20 minutes to hang. Seems like a race condition of some kind. If you need me to change the IP addresses and/or the MAC addresses in the PCAP let me know. It is a single TS over UDP.
