ff_put_h264_chroma_mc8_neon iOS

Hello,

I am using ffmpeg latest framework build from ​http://www.osxexperts.net/ffmpeg/ffmpegexperts.html for an iOS app.

My app requires to display live camera feeds of 8 channel.
When I frequently change screen mode for example full screen for some channel then I got crash on ff_put_h264_chroma_mc8_neon.

Please let me know should I change framework build or it is the problem of iOS code.
