Predefined SLConfigDescriptor is not implemented

I will upload a sample that prints "Predefined SLConfigDescriptor is not implemented" several times each second.

The sample is said to contain DVB subtitles, I don't know how to reproduce this.

Probably a duplicate of ticket #1043 but I am still searching for that sample...
