     5I have tried many versions from https://www.gyan.dev/ffmpeg/builds/ and https://github.com/BtbN/FFmpeg-Builds/releases, and the issue persists in all of them.

    57I tried uploading the original video to https://streams.videolan.org/upload/, but after uploading, I’m not sure where it went. This is the original video I uploaded to Google. The video doesn't play correctly after being hardware-decoded and hardware-encoded. However, when using software decoding and hardware encoding, it plays normally.
