Description

Summary of the bug:
Since i last updated my system it appears my video compression script no longer works (segfaults) because of the use of AMD AMF for the re-encoding, using software encoding works perfectly fine
How to reproduce:

ffmpeg -i some_video.mp4 -c:v h264_amf output.mp4
