Summary of the bug:
FFmpeg & FFplay skip over sections of certain .mkv files when transcoding or playing the file back respectively. In this case it's the video's opening.
How to reproduce:
Attempt to transcode or playback the file "[Chihiro]_To_Aru_Kagaku_no_Railgun_-_01_[1280x720_Blu-ray_FLAC][6B774195].mkv" which has the CRC32 of 6B774195 it will skip the intro song. I cannot post the file. I assume one of you will know where to find it.
The log file is long so I've attached it as an attachment.

- Necessary samples have to be provided by anyone reporting a bug. Forcing devs to resort to piracy sites is unacceptable.
- It may be that your file uses segment linking and that the intro is actually in another file (shared between all the files of your season). This is not supported by our demuxer.

Did I ever say to use a piracy site? Don't jump to conclusions. Anyways, very helpful. I'll just investigate myself *eyeroll*
