Description

This will allow the read "udta/name" atom and use as a track title.

I can't register and submit a patch to ​https://patchwork.ffmpeg.org.
Maybe one of the developers will do this.

Why are you trying to register at patchwork, it is useless? You need to sign up at mailing list ffmpeg-devel.

I sign up at https://ffmpeg.org/mailman/listinfo/ffmpeg-devel,
then email patch to ​ffmpeg-devel@ffmpeg.org - but nothing happened.
