Description
When compiling FFmpeg git version the drawtext filter is not available (tested with freetype2.10.4 & freetype2.13.1)
By building it with FFmpeg version 6.0 the drawtext filter is available.

As already mentioned in fine documentation drawtext filter now also need harfbuz lib.
