Description
Audio is decoded as stereo, but right channel is silent. In VLC both channels have audio.
Perhaps parametric stereo is not implemented for HE-AACv2?

Output log for git-head shows no warnings or errors. Trace spawns this:
stereo with SCE ChannelElement 1.0 missing ChannelElement 0.1 missing

Try: ffmpeg -i HE-AACv2_SBR_PS.mkv -c copy file.aac
then: ffmpeg -i file.aac audio.wav
the second channel will be now corrupted, while it was not before. So...

That would be tagged as mono. This is tagged as stereo, so it is true stereo.
As for (23976/1000) that is also wrong, that should have been 24000/1001, where is this from? Because it is just wrong.
