Description
I am unable to vote on bugs on this bug tracker, clicking the up or down arrow does nothing. I have to copy the link on the arrow then paste it into the browser url bar and go to the url for the vote to be counted. I tried disabling adblocker and also using a different browser but that didn't work.
This is the bug that i was trying to vote on: https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/8349
Please fix this.

Duplicate of my issue: #9469
It is obvious since when you click on a vote it says:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
on

The fix is admin must update trac resources: $ trac-admin /path/to/env deploy /deploy/path
