Summary of the bug:
Problem with LAV Splitter(v0.70.2-80_Nightly_32-bit) with MP2 audio format. I have audio distortion on HLS-streams. One of examples:

Why don't you hear sound effect like reverberation(echo)? Try a few new exapmles:

My Samsung Smart-TV(with ForkPlayer widget) play all these streams without any sound issues and work through the same router as my PC!

I have this issue on two different PCs, one with built-in Realteck audio and other with "Sound Blaster Zx" audio card.
