I tried to convert mp4 file to f4v and it gives me error.

I tried to convert mp4 file to f4v and it gives me error that it was unable to read header of input file. Also I would like to mention that I can play specified video with VLC player.

Command line was:
ffmpeg -report -v 9 -loglevel 99 -i video.mp4 video_output.f4v 2>output.log

ffmpeg version is 3.3.1

I installed ffmpeg with brew and I tried to upgrade and it gives me this:
Error: ffmpeg 3.3.1 already installed
I think I use latest version.
