Description

Summary of the bug:

When I try to convert a file that I copied to a FAT USB stick I get the error below. When I run it from the HDD original I don't get the error. The output in both cases was to the FAT USB stick.

How to reproduce:

ffmpeg -i ltbf.m4v ltbf.wmv

I believe that this is a stock Ubuntu 16.04 version.

Whatever the issue is that you see it is unlikely that it can be fixed within FFmpeg.
