Description

While using concat format file with inpoint and outpoint, the inpoint is not accurate, but a nearest I-frame. If no "codec copy" is used, can a concat format use the same precision as -ss ?

If you want to report a bug or a deficiency with current FFmpeg, please post the command line that allows to reproduce it together with the complete, uncut console output.
If you have usage questions, please post them on the user mailing list, not on the bug tracker.
(I do not understand your question, sorry.)
