Description
The radeon RX480 can decode HEVC in hardware,
to enable that, you have to add VAAPI to YUV420P10
It has been done with the patch at http://ffmpeg.org/pipermail/ffmpeg-devel/2016-August/197623.html
Nobody replied and it wasn't included in git after a while.
I now open a ticket to have it git-included, or debated why not.
